Yes. Every new account starts with 21 days of Plus, free, with no card up front. Build a real season, publish a public schedule page, and see what the engine does with your rules. When the 21 days end you drop to Free and nothing is deleted: your season stays, the public page and calendar feed keep working (your colors and type come off and the Free watermark returns), and you can export everything at any time. You can’t add more beyond Free’s limits, but you can upgrade whenever you’re ready and pick up where you left off.

Mostly scale and polish. Free covers one division, up to 10 teams a season, 2 venues, one phase per season, and puts a Big Sports watermark on your public schedule page. Plus adds unlimited teams, venues and surfaces, a second phase so a season can feed a playoff, every rule type the engine knows, Smart rules so you can write those rules by describing them, announcements to your league, and public pages in your own colors and type with no watermark. Some things are the same on both: make-up slot suggestions after a rainout, re-planning with a review before you keep it, and the full change history with undo are on every plan, Free included.

Smart rules is included on Plus, and your 21-day trial is a Plus trial, so you can try it before you decide anything. It does one job: you describe a scheduling rule in plain English and it either sets up a rule type we already have or builds you a new one. Then it runs the rule against your season and shows you which of your games it would flag before you accept it. It writes rules, not schedules. The engine builds the schedule from your rules. On Free you pick the core rules (rest days, game limits, blackouts) from the list instead, the same boundary as the Constraint engine row above.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep access through what you've paid for.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account drops to Free and your data stays intact.

Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable. If something breaks on our end, we'll sort it out. Reach us at support@bigsports.app.
