Privacy Policy.

This is placeholder legal text. It exists so the agreement-acceptance engine (#619) can be built, tested, and exercised under real traffic before the real Privacy Policy ships. It is not reviewed by counsel. The real text is tracked in #116 and will replace this file with a new v1.0.md.

1. Placeholder scope

Big Softworks LLC ("Big Softworks", "we", "us") operates Big Sports. This placeholder describes, at a high level, the categories of data the product collects while the real Privacy Policy is being written:

• Account data (name, email) via Clerk.
• Organization, league, season, team, coach, and roster data entered by club/league administrators.
• Usage and diagnostic data (analytics, error reporting).
• AI interaction logs (prompts, responses, model id, token usage) for AI-assisted features.

2. Data controller / processor

For rostered player and family data, the club or league that entered the data is the data controller. Big Softworks LLC acts as a data processor.

3. Age representation

By accepting, you represent that you are 16 years of age or older. Big Sports does not knowingly collect account-holder registrations from anyone under 16; club-entered roster data about minors is entered by an authorized adult on the club's behalf.

4. Placeholder — no retention schedule, no sub-processor list, no international-transfer terms

This draft deliberately omits the retention schedule, sub-processor list, and international-transfer terms that will appear in v1.0.
